Directions

Dissolve 250gm of the salts in warm water. Soak for 15-20 min. If you suffer from high blood pressure, consult your doctor before use.

It seems I have tried about everything on earth to ease my arthritic pains. I broke my hip in '99 and get many spasms. I have found that AHAVA is really the best thing. It is rather pricey. I get around that by keeping on hand the sturdy old standby, Epsom Salts that are very inexpensive. Also I dont use a whole cup of AHAVA for the bath as it would be too expensive but when I do use it, I notice when I get out of the tub, normally my hip would hurt but with AHAVA it doesnt. Also the relaxation lasts quite a while and can put you into a blissful sleep

I love AHAVA products. These bath salts do an excellent job softening your skin. The scent is very mild and pleasant. I often avoid bath salts as they tend to be highly-scented and give me migraines. This does not.
